The Tech Talent Event brought together industry leaders, HR professionals, and thought leaders in the tech talent space to discuss the latest trends and strategies in tech talent management. The event featured Business Leaders Panel discussion on the now and future of tech talent, where leaders shared their perspectives on current industry challenges and future trends. There was also a Key Presentation on crafting a new age technology talent transformations journey, where attendees gained valuable insights into creating a strong employer brand, developing effective talent management strategies, and leveraging emerging technologies to enhance HR practices.
The event ended with an awards ceremony, which recognized exceptional achievements in tech talent management. The awards showcased the best practices and innovative approaches in attracting, retaining, and developing top tech talent.
